  • No excessive sweating or working out

  • Vitamin E or Fish Oil supplements

  • No Aspirin, Advil, Niacin, Ibuprofen (especially blood-thinners)

  • We also recommend that you wash you hair

Microblading post-care is very important to the appearance and longevity of your new eyebrows.

DO NOT let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area during the first 5 days after your procedure.

  • For the next 24hours after your procedure is done: clean the excess of lymph with a damp gauze (use sterile water) and then apply ointment every 2hours to make your skin hydrated

  • Keep your brows dry for the next 5 days. Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. During the shower, keep your face away from the shower head or take a bath.

  • Apply ointment 2-3 times a day and/or as needed with clean finger tips until scabs are completely gone (7-10 days).

  • NO double dipping

  • DO NOT touch the procedure area unless applying ointment

  • Dryness, flaking and itching in the area may occur, DO NOT PICK

  • Mild tenderness, redness or mild bruising around the area may occur on the first 2/3 days (if poor hygiene is used, an infection can occur and medical treatment may be necessary)

  • NO scratching, rubbing or picking of the procedure area. DO NOT pick, peel or scratch of the micro pigmented area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment

  • DO NOT apply makeup on or around the procedure area for 15 days (Please, be reasonable)

  • NO swimming in chlorine or saltwater until your procedure site is healed

  • NO workout for 7 days

  • NO hot sauna, hot bath, or jacuzzi

  • NO tanning for two weeks

  • Touch-ups may be done four weeks after eyebrow procedure, but not sooner

  • Always wear a sun block (15 or stronger) when outdoors

Entire healing process will take from 4-6 weeks depending on your body regeneration and age. Your new eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle. The pigment will appear very natural looking immediately after the procedure. The color of the pigment will appear much darker the next day.

Note that because of natural skin regeneration, after recovery period (peeling), brows might appear lighter than original. This might give you the impression that color is fading too quickly. Often, even with proper care, clients may lose original hairstrokes which make brows look uneven. It is absolutely normal. That’s the reason why most customers need a touchup after 4 weeks.

Once the healing of the skin starts taking place, it will look like dandruff flakes or dry skin. However, this is just superficial color and dry skin being naturally removed from your eyebrows. The final look of your eyebrows will be apparent approximately 30 days after your procedure.

NEVER RUB THE TREATED AREA as it will disturb the skin from natural healing.

Once completely healed, always apply a layer of sunscreen SPF 30 up to SPF 50 on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun.  Sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade away more quickly. When using foundation, be aware when applying it - avoid your healed eyebrows. If foundation covers healed brows, your eyebrows will appear lighter.

All the strokes that we have applied have started to scab and the scab will be thicker than the actual strokes themselves and sometimes the scabs themselves merge into one, making it look like a block scab. It will not heal like this. Please, DO NOT PANIC and DO NOT SCRAB. The scab will fall off naturally and then it will appear very light.

FROM DAY 8 TO 21(can occur earlier):

At this stages your skin is still healing and changing, like all new scars. The skin will appear a different color whitish/opaque which will make it very hard to see the pigment under the microbladed skin/scar (imagine wearing a nude pair of thights over your body tattoo).

The skin/scar starts to become "normal" again (because the pigment is emerging again) meaning more clear or transparent with pigment/strokes becoming visible. Please, we insist, DO NOT PANIC if it "disappears" as this is quite NORMAL for some. Please wait the full 4 weeks for the color to fully settle and show up again. We will redo any strokes that hasn't taken or faded at your Touch up appointment.
