Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client.
We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients. Microblading results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin, healthy issues, skin disorders, bad after care etc) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results.
Although we use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. We do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and the procedure will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read our FAQ section carefully to see if this procedure will be beneficial to you. All services provided are non-refundable.
Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed after the brows are healed (4-6 weeks). We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply for additional sessions.
We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us. A free follow up/ touch up treatment is included in the price and should be booked at least 4 weeks after but within 6 weeks of initial treatment. It is clients responsibility to book this appointment with enough time to your artist to be within that timeframe otherwise you will be charged for the follow up/ touch up session.
BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENT
A $100 deposit is required in order to book, secure and confirm your appointment and it can be made through our online booking system with any major credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Your booking fee deposit will be applied toward your final balance - due on the day of your appointment. Final balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client's appointment back. We respect our client's time and expect the same courtesy. We give a 15 minute grace period to all clients. This gives us the opportunity to ensure that we render our clients our best service. We will not accommodate tardiness of any sort!
Due to traffic, please view your confirmation email for alternate route. Please plan your travel accordingly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate you for respecting our time as we respect yours.
Should you need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment or follow-up session, we ask for 48hours notice in order to fill your appointment. If 48hours notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited and if you rebook at a later date, a new deposit will be required. Any session that needs to be rescheduled, as long as it meets the requirements, can be rescheduled for up to 6months counted from the day of original session (first touch up/ follow up not included; additional touch up/ follow ups need to meet requirements of time).
RESCHEDULING FOLLOW UP/ TOUCH UP SESSION:
Touch up sessions may be rescheduled once and it needs to be informed with enough time manner (at least 48h before the time of your session). The communication needs to be sent through email at email@example.com with enough time frame for consideration and reply (allow us at least 48h for replies during working hours |M-F 10am - 7pm| - with exception of weekends, which can take a little longer to reply). We need to remind you that a new date and time for your touch up session CAN NOT be guaranteed in the Artist busy schedule - within the time frame for touch ups. Should you need to reschedule any touch up session, we recommend that you plan ahead of time. It is the client’s responsibility to make his/her appointment and keep track of the date and time of yours Touch up session.
NO CALL NO SHOW:
- If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any rescheduled appointment will need a new Booking fee deposit.
- If you do not show up to your follow-up appointment, your complimentary touch up will be canceled and forfeited. You may rebook a follow-up appointment, however you will be charged for this session based on our current rates for touch up sessions.
TREATMENTS| FOLLOW UPS & EXTRA SESSIONS
Follow-up prices are EXCLUSIVELY for LUCIANA'S MAKEUP previous clients.
We recommend that you schedule your first follow up/ touch-up appointment within 6 weeks after your initial appointment; not sooner than 4weeks.
It's important to emphasize that LuvBrows Nanoblading & LuvLips Luxe are a two-step process. The first appointment helps us see how well your skin can retain the pigment and at the second appointment we can add more depth to your brows as well as adding in spots that may need to be re-touched. The second session that is included is not to change the shape or color of initial treatment but if you wish do do so will be charged accordingly.
How well your brows & lips will heal are very dependent on each person, skin type, lifestyle and how well you will take care of your brows & lips, accordingly to the After-care instructions. Follow-up sessions are almost always needed to achieve desired results. If client, for any reason, can not make it on time for its complimentary session (1st follow up session that should be booked within 4 to 6 weeks), a new Touch up/ Extra session fee will be charged accordingly.
Each new treatment is two sessions, one being the initial procedure and the second session (Follow up/Touch up) to fill in any gaps that did not take from the first session. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment, any health issue or not following Aftercare instructions, the additional session/follow up/touch up will be charged accordingly.
Additional follow-up appointments will be charged accordingly depending on the timeframe since your FIRST appointment.
RESCHEDULING FOLLOW UP/ TOUCH UP SESSION:
Touch up sessions may be rescheduled once and it needs to be informed with enough time manner (at least 48h before the time of your session). The communication needs to be sent through email at firstname.lastname@example.org with enough time frame for evaluation and reply. We need to remind you that a new date and time for your touch up session CAN NOT be guaranteed in the Artist busy schedule - within the time frame for touch ups. Should you need to reschedule any touch up session, we recommend that you plan ahead of time. It is the client’s responsibility to make his/her appointment and keep track of the date and time of yours Touch up session.
OBSERVATION: In case you have previous Microblading or Semi-Permanent makeup done elsewhere by another artist, we recommend letting it fade at least 75% before coming in for an appointment at Luciana's Makeup.
PREVIOUS MICROBLADING | SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP
PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously Microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION first and email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment at email@example.com.
We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo laser removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. If you fail to do so and show up to your appointment, then your appointment will be canceled and booking fee is non-refundable. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.
Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ (www.lucianasmakeup.com/faq) section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.
LUVBROWS NANOBLADING IS NOT FOR:
While LuvBrows Nanoblading is great for most people, there are some people who are ineligible for microblading:
Those under 18 years of age.
People with allergies to makeup or colors.
Those prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, since microblading punctures the skin as we add ink, we cannot work with clients with these conditions.
If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis. Again, microblading artists cut the skin so it is our policy not to work with these conditions.
If you’ve had Botox, Juvederm or other fillers in that area. Depending on the timing, we recommend to get microblading first! Otherwise, check with your doctor. Many artists may request a note from your doctor first.
Patients undergoing chemotherapy. Although microblading is great for restoring eyebrows, we would require a doctor’s note in order to perform the procedure for anyone undergoing chemotherapy.
If you have any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows.
Pregnant and nursing women must wait until they aren't pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are using Accutane or any acne medication, you may need to stop using it before microblading. Please check with your doctor.
Anybody who is ill or not feeling well. Please be courteous and reschedule an appointment if you are not feeling well! We completely understand if you are sick, we just want to keep everyone safe.

We kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. We love kids, but children and our studio (even those really well behaved kids) don’t mix! We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for our clients. Thank you for your understanding!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If client deliberately violate any of our terms and conditions, including our aftercare suggestions, we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any complimentary treatment in the future.
- The final results are not guaranteed to replace daily makeup. You may still need to use a pencil or powder to create your own unique, desired look. The ultimate goal is to have NATURAL looking, balanced brows.
