While LuvBrows Microblading is great for most people, there are some people who are ineligible for microblading:
Those under 18 years of age.
People with allergies to makeup or colours.
Those prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, since microblading punctures the skin as we add ink, we cannot work with clients with these conditions.
If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis. Again, microblading artists cut the skin so it is our policy not to work with these conditions.
If you’ve had Botox, Juvederm or other fillers in that area. Depending on the timing, we recommend to get microblading first! Otherwise, check with your doctor. Many artists may request a note from your doctor first.
Patients undergoing chemotherapy. Although microblading is great for restoring eyebrows, we would require a doctor’s note in order to perform the procedure for anyone undergoing chemotherapy.
If you have any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows.
Pregnant and nursing women must wait until they aren't pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are using Accutane or any acne medication, you may need to stop using it before microblading. Please check with your doctor.
Anybody who is ill or not feeling well. Please be courteous and reschedule an appointment if you are not feeling well! We completely understand if you are sick, we just want to keep everyone safe.

Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. We do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and the procedure will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read our FAQ section carefully to see if this procedure will be beneficial to you. All services provided are non-refundable.
Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed after the brows are healed (4-6 weeks). We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously Microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment at . We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.
Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.
BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENT
Booking fees are non-refundable.
A $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and it can be made through our online booking system with any major credit card (Visa / Mastercrd / Amex). Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance - due on the day of your appointment. Final balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards .
ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client's appointment back. We respect our client's time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or follow-up session, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice in order to fill your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited and if you rebook at a later date, a new deposit will be required.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any rescheduled appointment will need to be paid in full.
If you do not show up to your follow-up appointment, your complimentary touch up will be forfeited. You may rebook a follow-up appointment, however you will be charged for this based on our touch up fee schedule.
FOLLOW-UP & EXTRA SESSIONS
Follow-up prices are exclusively for previous clients.
We recommend letting the semi-permanent makeup done by another artist fade before coming in for an appointment at Luciana's Makeup.
We recommend that you schedule your touch-up appointment within 6 weeks after your initial appointment; no sooner than 4weeks. Its important to emphsize that LuvBrows Microblading & LuvLips Luxe are a two-step process. The first appointment helps us see how well your skin can retain the pigment and at the second appointment we can add more depth to your brows as well as adding in spots that may need to be re-touched. How well your brows & lips heal are very dependent on each person and how well you take care of your brows & lips, according to the after-care instructions. Follow-up sessions are almost always needed to achieve results. Additional follow-up appointments will be charged depending on the timeframe from your last appointment.
We kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. We love kids, but children and our studio (even those really well behaved kids) don’t mix! We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for our clients. Thank you for your understanding!
