At Luciana’s Makeup Microblading Studio in Downtown Rochester, Michigan, LuvBrows Nanoblading is designed around your natural features, personal style, and the way you want to feel when you look in the mirror. Every detail is carefully considered to create soft, realistic hair strokes that complement your existing brows and facial features. Whether you have sparse eyebrows, thinning brows, uneven growth, or simply want to spend less time filling in your eyebrows every morning, your experience begins with understanding your needs and creating a look that feels authentically yours.
Your LuvBrows Nanoblading appointment Step by Step:
1. How long does a Nanoblading appointment take?
Your initial LuvBrows Nanoblading appointment typically takes approximately 2 hours. This allows time for your consultation, customized brow design, the Nanoblading treatment, and photography. A follow-up appointment is recommended 4–6 weeks after your initial treatment and generally takes 30 minutes, depending on the adjustments needed.
2. Personalized Consultation
Your experience begins with a conversation about your lifestyle, preferences, and brow goals. We will discuss how you typically wear your makeup, whether you prefer soft and subtle brows or more definition, and what you would like to improve about your natural eyebrows. Your facial and bone structure, natural hair growth, skin type, and personal taste all help guide the custom design. This personalized approach allows us to create eyebrows that complement your features and suit your everyday life.
3. Customized Eyebrow Mapping and Design
Before beginning the Nanoblading treatment, we carefully design your brows directly on your skin using an eyebrow pencil. Guided by years of expertise in the studies of facial analysis, Linergism and Visagism, our unique mapping process establishes the shape and proportions that will guide the treatment. You will have the opportunity to see and approve your proposed customized brow design before any pigment is implanted. We take the time to make sure you feel comfortable with the shape, balance, and overall appearance.
4. LuvBrows Nanoblading Treatment
Once we agree on your customized brow design, the Nanoblading treatment begins. Using our signature LuvBrows Nanoblading technique, we manually create delicate, hair-like strokes that blend with your natural eyebrow hairs. Each stroke is placed with attention to direction, spacing, and facial harmony to achieve a soft, realistic appearance. The goal is to enhance your natural brows while preserving the individuality of your features, giving you beautifully defined eyebrows that look and feels like they have always belonged to you.
5. Reveal your 'New Brows'
Once we finalize the Nanoblading treatment, we gently remove the remaining pigment from your skin so you can see your new brows. Some temporary redness may occur immediately after treatment. Your eyebrows may also appear more defined at first as they begin the natural healing process. The final healed appearance will develop over the following weeks. You can leave your appointment ready to go back to your regular activities knowing that your personalized brow design has been completed, with detailed aftercare instructions to help you care for your skin and support the healing process.
6. Photography and Documentation
With your permission, we photograph your results to document your personalized brow design and the artistry behind your treatment. These photographs also help us evaluate your healed results and plan any adjustments needed at your follow-up appointment.*

Your eyebrows will change as your skin heals. The initial color and definition may soften over the following weeks, and some strokes may become less visible as the skin recovers. The final appearance varies from person to person. Your follow-up appointment* gives us an opportunity to assess the healed results and make appropriate adjustments. Our approach to Nanoblading focuses on creating soft, natural-looking brows that complement your existing features, with careful attention to detail at every stage of the process.
*Why is a Nanoblading Follow-up appointment important?
Natural looking Nanoblading is a process that continues through healing. Every person's skin heals differently and retains pigment differently. Your natural skin characteristics, undertones, and healing response can influence how the pigment appears once the skin has recovered. For this reason, a follow-up appointment is recommended 4–6 weeks after your initial LuvBrows Nanoblading treatment. During this session, we assess your healed results and determine whether any adjustments are needed. Depending on your individual results, this may include: refining selected hair strokes for a more balanced appearance; adjusting the color when appropriate to achieve the desired tone; reapplying pigment to areas where some strokes have faded or were not retained during healing; enhancing the overall consistency of your healed brow results. The follow-up allows us to evaluate how your skin has responded and personalize any additional work according to your needs.
